Emilio Eduardo Rodriguez, Esq., is an associate attorney in our Miami office. His practice is primarily focuses on creditors’ rights litigation, complex business litigation and bankruptcy.
Mr. Rodriguez earned his juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021. During his time at the “U,” he participated in the international arbitration moot court program, including prevailing at the fifth annual AIAC Pre-Moot as the best of over one hundred teams. Prior to law school, Mr. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
Before joining Assouline & Berlowe, Mr. Rodriguez practiced for three years at a creditor’s rights law firm. There he primarily represented both individual and institutional judgment creditors in state and federal court including post judgment domestication, fraudulent transfer litigation and successor liability. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez also prosecuted objections to the discharge and dischargability of debt before Florida’s bankruptcy courts.
Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
Outside of practicing law, Mr. Rodriguez enjoys golf, chess, and fishing. As a prior participant in Starbucks Corporation’s Coffee Master Program, Mr. Rodriguez, enjoys reading and learning more about the various processes across the world utilized to bring us our morning cups of coffee.
